Our Grass Fed and Finished Scaloppini is hand sliced and ready to go. The perfect healthy fast food for mid-week dinners, cook them quickly in butter over high heat, then turn those buttery pan drippings into your sauce, seasoning it with garlic and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
They also work well cooked with Italian based flavours such as tomato, capers, crumbed and lightly fried, or if you are feeling nostalgic for the 80's, try it with mushrooms and creamy marsala sauce.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.
Sear on your pan over high heat quickly and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
