About Us

We are a diverse bunch. Some of us are social entrepreneurs; others are corporate refugees and creatives. The glue that binds us together is our passion for delicious food and its capacity to make the world a better place.

We take our jobs seriously and we aren’t afraid to tackle the big issues – yep, we actually have team meetings that debate the best ways to tackle climate change, how to create healthy soils and why communities are disappearing.

Simply by choosing a diet that is both good for our bodies and the earth we can change the world!  It starts with knowing where our food is from and making a conscious choice. We work with a different kind of farm.

Farms with healthy soil that’s teeming with microbes, bugs and worms.

Farms that are more resilient with less need for chemicals and pesticides, sequestering carbon and tipping the balance back into our climate’s favour.

Farms that raise animals with care and respect, with grazing practices that allow animals to roam free and wide.

Farms that inspire and strengthen communities.

Farms that grow scrumptious, wholesome food for our families and yours.

Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Statement

Growing a healthy ecology of great humans to nurture the planet back to health.

We acknowledge our privilege of being located on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, and we celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of all communities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, past and present.

We are committed to building a team with diverse backgrounds and varied perspectives as we believe that will position us best to help generate better ideas to tackle big, complex issues. Our company exists to provide a purposeful and profitable alternative to the industrialised food system and to produce healthy food while also addressing the environmental crisis. A diverse eco-system of people not only brings together alternative viewpoints but also better reflects the people that we serve.

Just as we champion regenerative agriculture as crucial to the future of the planet, we champion our people as crucial to the future of our business. We celebrate those who celebrate others, regardless of what we look like, where we are from and who we love. We hold space for each person’s unique brilliance and encourage curiosity, sharing of ideas, and new ways of doing and being to ensure that together we can be the best that we can be. We are steadfast in our belief that nurturing diversity is crucial to future success and creating a better future for people and the planet.
