Subscription Details

What is a subscription?

Subscriptions let you have a standing or recurring order of your favourite products with DCF. This means you don’t need to create a new order each time or you don’t need to remember to order the veggie box by 2pm each Tuesday.

You can schedule the frequency of your subscription order to be delivered to weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Your order will be automatically processed the Sunday before your next delivery. You will receive a notification 24 hours prior to your subscription order being processed so you can make any necessary changes to your order. 

Is there a minimum order amount?

Subscriptions for the Perth metro area have a minimum requirement of $50, while subscriptions for the South West region require a minimum of $100. To qualify for complimentary delivery, your order must exceed $120 for Perth metro and $150 for the South West region. If your order falls below these amounts, a $15 delivery fee will be applied.

Can I edit my subscription?

Yes! You can edit your subscription at any time before you are charged - add additional products (including one-time purchases or ongoing), change frequency of your order, the quantity of items, shipping, contact, & payment info:

  • Login to your account
  • Click on 'My Subscriptions
  • Click 'Edit' next to the Items list
  • Click 'Add Items' (best to use the search for the products that you would like to add)
  • Select 'Add' (for adding that item to your subscription ongoing) OR
  • Select 'One Time Purchase' (for adding that item for one-time delivery)

You can also delete products from your Subscription. 

Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription if you are going away, or you no longer want to receive your subscription order.

  • Login to your account
  • Click on 'My Subscriptions
  • (select the Subscription you want to change if you have more than one)
  • To Skip, under the Billing Schedule, click on 'Skip Payment
  • To Pause, click on the orange 'Pause my Subscription' button
  • To Cancel, click on the red 'Cancel my Subscription' button

You can simply reactive your subscription order when you are ready to start receiving your subscription order again. 

Can I have additional items delivered with my subscription order for an upcoming delivery?

Yes! If you have not been charged yet, you can add your one-time purchase item into your subscription by logging into your customer portal (see info 'Can I edit my subscription?'). If your subscription has already been charged and you want additional items delivered with your subscription order, fill in your details via the Contact Us form and we will try our best to add those items to your order. You will be prompted to do this in your 24-hour reminder email.

Can I add products to my order after I have been charged?

If your subscription has already been charged and you want additional items delivered with your subscription order, fill in your details via the Contact Us form and we will try our best to add those items to your order. This will be subject to availability and if your order has not been dispatched yet. It is highly recommended to add your products before you have been charged.

Can I use discount codes?

Yes, you can apply valid discount codes to your subscriptions and one off purchases.

What can I subscribe to?

Any products that are on our website can be subscribed to. However, note the delivery limitations on some products when selecting your subscription day. 

What if my transaction for my subscription fails?

If your transaction fails, you will receive an email asking you to check your payment details and update them if necessary.
