This Rye bread is made drawing on 60 plus years’ experience using the same unique technique created by Yallingup Woodfired Bread back in 2003. A traditional rye sourdough with a darker color and stronger, earthier taste than regular white and wheat bread. Perfect to pair with bacon, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, beef brisket, cream cheese or smoked salmon – endless possibilities! In addition, it has been linked to several potential health benefits, including better blood sugar control and improved heart and digestive health. The Margaret River Woodfired sourdough range is made with certified organic ingredients and is snap frozen to lock in the goodness.
