Perfect for making chicken crackling. Simply roast the chicken skin with your choice of flavours for a crunchy snack. Crispy chicken skin can also be used to add crunch to your salads or soups. 

You can also render the skin down to get all those good fats out. 

Pat dry with paper towel, place onto greased baking paper on an oven proof tray. Season and bake for 10-15mins at 180C.
