They are extremely lean taking only a minute to fry on each side. Also perfect for schnitzels, just season and crumb lightly, then fry in a neutral oil for a minute on each side.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.
Bring to room temperature for 15 minutes. Season and fry in a neutral oil for one minute on each side.
