Well I never!

I thought I knew all my cuts of meat after years of living with a butcher but this was new to me!! And I love it.

I decided to dust off the sousvide stick and didn’t regret it. Five hours later I have the most tender and medium rare steak I could wish for. Every order will include this now!!

Melts

I oven pot-roast the bolars. They melt in your mouth and are incredibly tasty. Awesome for gravy rolls too.
