Our pasture-raised and preservative free Pork Rack Roast is also known as a Pork Rib Roast, consisting of both the ribs and loin. It contains the perfect amount of fat to help retain moisture while cooking, ensuring that you have the juiciest cut for chowing down on. This is the equivalent to a standing rib roast or rack of lamb.

This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
