This ham is specially cured for 48 hours with a nitrate-free cure, followed by smoking it with for 10 hours. The minimal ingredients in this Ham will highlight the beautiful natural flavour of the Ham with a nice, smokey and nutty finish from the smoking. Sliced for your convenience, this is perfect for sandwiches with Mary Street Bakery Bread, Cambray Farmhouse Gold Cheese and your choice of relish or chutney. 

Ingredients: Dirty Clean Food Pork Leg, Nitrate-free cure, Sugar, Salt.

Storage: Keep refrigerated.

Tasty clean ham

Very tasty, still tastes like ham not roast pork like some nitrate free hams I’ve tasted.

Only downside was that it only come with 3 days left until expired so I had to freeze it.
