Our pasture raised and preservative free pork leg roast has been cured and cooked for your convenience so all you need to do is re-heat and carve to your liking.
Serve on a bed of mashed potato, in a fresh Mary Street Bakery Bap Roll or with some roasted veg for a quick family dinner.
Pork leg roast, water, curing solution (water, organic cure, salt, sugar, beetroot powder)
Fresh: Preheat oven to 160*C
Place Pork Roast in a roasting pan with a small amount of stock/water in bottom of pan
Cover pan with foil (or a lid if available)
Reheat for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Frozen: Defrost overnight. Preheat oven to 160*C
