Grass Fed and Finished Oxtail is perfect for slow cooking with rich flavours and tender beef falling off the bone. Oxtail is also well used in soup, with the gelatinous meat, rich in collagen being ideal as a base.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Sear Oxtail in a braising dish until a crust is formed. Cover in desired liquid/broth along with vegetables/spices and braise for 2 hours.
