Our Grass Fed and Finished Flat Iron steak is considered one of the best cuts of beef by those in the know. Cut from the shoulder, this meat is well worked and lean. The near-perfect marbling of fat makes it tender, flavourful, and perfect to grill.
Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.
Bring steak to room temperature 30 minutes prior to cooking. Season steak and sear it on one side for 2-2.5 minutes, turn and sear for another 2 minutes. Cover loosely with foil for 5 minutes and serve.
