The Easy Carve Leg is made from the hindquarter and is prepared by removing the bone and surrounding fat before removing the shank. Sear it in the pan before slow cooking to seal in all its juice and flavour.

Depends how you like your lamb, however an estimate to get Medium is 25 minutes per 500g at 180C (no fan).
The Easy Carve Lamb Leg is best when you sear it in the pan before slow cooking to seal in all its juice and flavour.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
