Grass Fed and Finished Picanha is cut from the Rump Cap and is so rich in flavour, marinading or seasoning will distort its rich buttery taste.
This is Brazil's favourite cut of steak, also known as sirloin cap or "culotte" steak. Its thick layer of fat on each steak ensures it is tender and juicy. Grill or BBQ for a flavour beyond compare.
