We are proud to launch our very first range of primal cuts for beef. Perfect for the home chef, BBQ enthusiast or a meal prepper. The best part of purchasing in a bulk cut is that you have the flexibility of deciding what you would like to do with it whenever. Divide it up into portions and freeze to use for later, or cook it all up. It's totally up to you.

The oyster blade steak refers to a cut of meat that comes from the chuck or shoulder blade. Try it slow cooked or stir fried with your favourite veggies.

Cooking method - Fantastic for braising, all the sinew will melt away and leave an extremely tender final product. Or slice into individual Oyster Blade steaks.
This product is delivered fresh, so you can cook straight away, keep refrigerated (less than 5C), or divide up and freeze.

My Go-to Cut for Anything Slow Cooked

This is an amazing value-for-money where the beef flavour has been turned up to 11! From cooking a chunky pie filling, or a rendang or any braised beef dish, do yourself a favour and get this. The sinue will melt away but will keep your cut pieces intact while being fork tender, no lie. WARNING! Once you go oyster blade, it’ll be hard to go anything else.

Great size

I like the size on this oyster blade beef! Perfect to cut in half for two meals for feeding my hungry boys. As always with Dirty Clean Food, the quality and taste is superb!
