    The business was born in 1948 with Frank Panizza pushing a hand-cart through the rugged terrain of the Ferguson Valley in South-west Western Australia. Frank developed an exceptional reputation for providing brilliant service and the freshest and best red meat products that money could buy.

    Today Dardanup Butchering Company is one of Western Australia's largest privately- owned food companies and renowned as one of the state’s leaders in the meat industry. The business employs 230 direct employees' and approximately 70 contractors.

Rhinland Cold Storage

Rhinland is an independent provider of temperature controlled warehousing based in the Bassendean Industrial Estate, with 500 m² of ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage.

George Atzenhoffer established Rhinland Cold Storage 25 years ago and together with son Christian developed it into a thriving business. After pursuing different interests for many years, the business came back into family hands 18 months ago. Christians’ long career in bakery and product development has ensured a strong focus on customer needs and attention for detail.

He is leading an expansion and renovation program to ensure the facility meets the new market demands, with established systems and a flexible approach to working with select customers. The team are dedicated to the highest standards of product handling, having recently implemented an integrated HACCP program. They also hold an export license.

Dirty Clean Food operates its own distribution service for online and food service customers in the Perth metropolitan area.

Having ownership of our distribution allows as to deliver quality products at competitive prices with a focus firmly on food safety and customer service.

We out-source our regional delivery to quality providers such as Capel Transport.
