It’s harvest time for our oats!

Jamie Anderson and Steve Ford have been working hard all year to get to this moment - when the weather turns and the oats ripen, and we can see the fruits of their labour - oat groats in all their golden glory!

After seven months of growing, the oats have formed a thick cover of stubble across the ground, which will then be grazed by sheep. The sheep will trample the plant matter onto the soil surface, which will then be cycled into the soil by microbes.

What about the oats themselves? They are on their way to becoming the next batch of Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk.

From our farmers to your family - we hope you enjoy a nice cold glass of oat milk in this hot weather!
