Miller & Baker is the first WA bakery to use sustainably grown flour milled onsite – and now you can source their beautiful freshly milled wheat flour for yourself. With an aroma that is fresh & alive, this flour adds a rich nutty flavour to all your baking. Grains are milled gently using the stoneground method, ensuring maximum retention of key nutrients and high levels of prebiotic fibres for gut health.

This is the perfect choice when a finer, less course flour is called for. The whole grain flour is sifted to remove some of the bran and germ. It has a milder flavour and is great to use in cookies, bread, pasta and pastries.

The wheat is sourced from local Wheatbelt farmers Ian and Di Haggerty, who are leaders in the field of Natural Intelligence Farming. The Haggerty’s aim is to facilitate natural intelligence with modern farming methods to create regenerative agricultural ecosystems that produce optimal food and fibre products. They focus on harnessing of the dynamic, natural relationships that exist between all the organisms in their agro-ecosystem and the environment itself, particularly the soil.

So what does that all mean? It is good for the planet, good for you and oh so delicious!

Shelf life: 6 weeks (longer if you keep it in the fridge)

Best enjoyed fresh as oxidation starts to occur quickly after milling, with a gradual loss of beneficial minerals and oils.
