Full of flavour, our Moroccan Spice lamb sausages are full of lamb mince from our regenerative lamb network.

The sausages are gluten free, preservative free, and made with natural pork casings.


Regeneratively Farmed in WA, and processed locally here by our in house butchers. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Grass Feed Lamb (85%), Gluten Free Coeliac Meal [Potato Starch, Maize Cornflour, Salt, Seasoning, Spice Extracts, Paprika Oleoresins (160c)], Moroccan Spice [Maltodextrin, Sugar, Herb, Spices, Salt, Vegetable Gums (Xanthan Gum (415), Methyl Cellulose (461), Guar Gum (412)), Natural Colour (Paprika Oleoresins (160c)), Natural Flavour], Natural Pork Casings, Parsley Dried, Salt.
Six sausages per pack, approximately 600g grams per pack.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Not for me

I found these to be quite a lot fattier than your beef sausages and would have been okay as I think that along with the flavour of the spices a bit heavy for me.

My first try of Morrocan flavoured anything.

Amazing flavour

These were a perfect balance between lamb and spice flavours. The texture was spot on. I did think the salt could be reduced but perhaps I didn’t need the salt that day.

Normally 5/5 but last batch was different

My family love this sausage but the last batch I got was different to the usual flavour and texture. It was like it had rice flour in it despite the ingredient list not mentioning it. It also raised my blood sugars making me think maybe there was something different with the recipe this batch.
