Just like its name suggests Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Tenderloin is the most tender cut of lamb.  Delicate in flavour it suits gentle quick, dry cooking methods to retain its juiciness.

Also known as Lamb Fillet, this cut is prepared from the side of lamb, an area that does very little work and has virtually no fat or connective tissue making it extremely tender.

Bring meat to room temperature prior to cooking. Treat the tenderloin as having three sides. Fry in hot pan for 1 minutes on each side. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
