Compared to a leg of lamb, the slightly higher fat content of the Lamb Shoulder Rolled Roast results in an even more tender, succulent treat.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
Just add garlic, rosemary and rub with olive and roast. Serves 4-5 hungry adults!
