Perfectly balanced flavours make this a lamb sausage with really wide appeal! Freshly ground grass fed and finished lamb is carefully blended with binders, rosemary, and delicate spices for a firm, meaty bite and mild flavour.
Free from gluten, dairy, and soy and of course no preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Chill to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for approximately 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
