Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Osso Bucco is rich and hearty, perfect for a cold winter’s night. The bones, full of rich, delicious marrow are the dish’s crowning glory.

The term Osso Bucco is Italian for bone with a hole, a reference to the marrow hole at the centre of the cross-cut beef shin. 

Slow-cook with vegetables, white wine, and seasoned stock for a tender taste sensation. Due to its richness and big flavours, Lamb Osso Bucco goes well with creamy types of side dishes like risotto, creamy polenta, or good old, mashed spud! 

Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Sear both sides on hot pan. Slow cook on stovetop for 1.5 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
