If you're looking for a quick meal, our Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Leg Steaks are a lean cut that’s tender and full of flavour.
Just grill, pan-fry or BBQ for 3–5 minutes on each side for medium-rare meat, or longer if you like it well done.

Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.
Bring steak to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving. Cook product in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C.
Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
