We take the hard work out of this versatile and economical Grass Fed and Finished Butterflied Lamb Leg. Not only does a butterflied leg cook relatively quickly, it marinates well and has the benefit of picking up char from the grill. Its robust meaty flavour makes a superb roast in winter and a perfect addition to any summer BBQ.

Spread your favourite dry rub or marinade all over and place onto a rack on a baking tray, cover bottom of the tray with water. Cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 160C and cover your baking tray with foil. Roast it for 2-3 hours. Remove foil at the last 20-30 mins.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking
