The Banjo Cut Shoulder  is named due to its oval shape after removal of the scapular and ribs from the square cut shoulder.  

Lamb shoulder has more flavour and is easier to cook than lamb leg. Virtually foolproof, minimal effort, and incredible meat that is so tender that you won’t need a knife to carve it. The Banjo is equally at home in the slow cooker, a low oven, smoker or BBQ.

Here's some recipe inspiration if you need.

Spread your favourite dry rub or marinade all over and place into a baking tray, cover bottom of the tray with water. Preheat the oven to 160C and cover your baking tray with foil. Roast it for 3-4 hours. Remove foil at the last 20-30 mins.

Easy peasy roast lamb

Very easy to cook. Im not the best at cooking roast and I managed to cook this to perfection. So tender, tasty and the meat fell off the bone. Would buy again.
