A well balanced ginger, not overwhelming, but subtle zing, and a nice citrus finish, to overlay the subtle kombucha sour that is critical in producing a healthy & tasty Kombucha.

Refreshing

Ginger and Lime Hippee drink was so fresh. It was lovely and cold when I received it. I will definitely buy more of this in future.

This was a tasty and refreshing Kombucha, it does have a little bit of a rough flavour - marginally 'ripe' - but not unpleasant
