Serve up this mini roast lamb with rosemary and lemon in just 30 minutes.
Spread your favourite dry rub or marinade all over and place onto a rack, on a baking tray, cover bottom of the tray with water. Preheat the oven to 160C and cover your baking tray with foil. Roast it for 30 mins.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C.
Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
