There is no graceful way to eat our Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Ribs, but it is always worth it! The perfect finger food, they are delicious served hot or cold at a summer picnic or BBQ. The meat on the ribs is close to the bone ensuring they are full of flavour.

Our 100% grass fed and finished lamb is regeneratively farmed.

Marinade for at least two hours or overnight. Chill to room temperature for at least 30 mins before cooking. Preheat BBQ grill or pan and cook until browned and crunchy on all sides. If using oven, preheat oven to 200C and cover with foil. Cook for 1 hour, with the last 30 mins removing the foil. Cook product in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
