Grass Fed and Finished Lamb Backstrap is a premium lean cut of lamb with a slightly milder flavour than leg of lamb. With little to no fat content, this cut should be quickly grilled, BBQ or pan-fried for a meltingly tender texture. Slice and add to salad or stir fry for a healthy mid-week meal.
