100% pasture raised, grass fed regeneratively farmed WA lamb..
Best to slow cook or braise. Brown in a pan before slow cooking until fork-tender. Cook product in desired cooking method until product is cooked throughout.
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18°C. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Diced lamb

Very nice, tender , trimmed well. Would have liked the dice to be a bit larger as a few hours in the Slow Cooker saw some melt away, larger dice would have prevented this. Overall 5 stars

Tender but uneven

The diced lamb is always flavourful and tender -we often make a curry with it. However the sizes can be a bit inconsistent so when using in a kebab I find the need to cut much larger pieces down to size,
