This classic WA fish from Shark Bay is also known as Nor West Snapper. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavour and low oiliness. The moist, firm flesh, ensures it's perfect to steam, poach, deep-fry, pan-fry, stir-fry, bake, braise, grill or barbecue....in fact any way!  This versatile fish is a great everyday choice for the family.

Very fresh n tasty

Pink snapper was out of stock,never tried this species before thought I'd give it a go. Very very fresh and tasty white flesh . Beautiful eating fish
