Popular for their firm, white, slightly oily flesh and medium strong taste. They are highly valued as a sashimi fish but are also excellent grilled or BBQ'd. Sourced from the clean, clear waters of the Abrolhos Island.

This fish is from Fin's Seafood, who specialises in supplying the fresh line caught, local seafood that is sourced ethically.

This product is frozen. Keep frozen at all times until ready to cook.

Great value

We like this for its value and taste.

Poke style (marinated in sesame oil, lime juice and a bit of soy, in a bowl with edamame, brown rice, cucumber and anything else u have in the fridge
