Our Grass Fed and Finished Easy Carve Lamb Leg will leave your dinner guests drooling. 

Not only is this family favourite easier to carve, it’s also moist, tender and cooks faster.

Taken from the hindquarter it’s prepared by removing the bone and surrounding fat before removing the shank. Sear it in the pan before slow cooking to seal in all its juice and flavour.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
