  • 1 pack of Mexican pulled beef 
  • 1 can of organic black beans

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Red cabbage, shredded + tossed in ACV

For the salsa;

  • 1/4 corn, kernels grilled on a pan
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red capsicum, diced
  • 1/4 spring onion
  • lime juice
  • salt

For the guacamole;

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • black pepper
  • salt


  • Nutritional yeast
  • Spoonful of Goodness Cortido

  • Mash up the avocado, and mix in the guacamole ingredients and set aside
  • Grill corn kernels and set aside
  • Reheat or cook pulled beef as per cooking instructions
