Grass Fed and Finished, our Topside Roast has a deliciously rich, savoury flavour and makes the perfect centrepiece for Sunday lunch.

Topside is a lean cut that comes from the inside of the hind leg.  Roasted as a whole cut or dice and slow cook for a delectable, mouth-watering casserole.

Our 100% grass fed and finished beef is regeneratively farmed.

Season Roast on all sides and sear in a pan.. Roast in a fan forced oven at 180*C until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before slicing to serve.
