DCF Regeneratively farmed, Grass Fed and Finished Striploin is lean, tender and rich in flavour with a thin top strip of fat for extra taste. 

Also known as Sirloin, simple is best for this delicious cut. Bring the meat to room temperature for 30 minutes, season lightly and cook on a medium-hot grill for a few minutes each side. Perfection! 

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

4hrs in the smoker, rested for 2 and then reverse seared over open flame, came out amazing!

ezcelent meat
