Our chickens have been raised with a naturally slow growth rate and unique feed regime to allow their organs, muscles and bones to grow in harmony. 100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA chicken.
Pre-heat oven at 180C fan forced. As a rule, roast for 20 minutes per 500g. If using a thermometer cook until internal temperature of thigh is at 75C.
