Juicy Loosey: Sometimes when you're sampling new coffees and looking for adjectives that describe them, a word will just jump up and punch you (friendly, like) on the chin. If there's one word to describe this Guatemalan washed bean, it's juicy. Like, REALLY JUICY. You get this lovely dark chocolate followed by jammy orange and beautiful acidity.  Whole Beans.

The farm, Finca Pampojilpa, is a member of the Association of Private Natural Reserves of Guatemala, which means that over half of the farm area is committed to remaining in its natural state as tropical forest.
