Pasture raised, streaky bacon...even better than it sounds!

Cut from the pork belly, streaky bacon is streaked with fat, giving it a sweet, smoky and salty flavour. Cook until crisp but still tender when removed from the pan, this cult favourite is great with Eggs, Miller and Baker Pancakes, french toast, in a BLT or hamburger.

Please note that as this product is naturally cured, both preservative & nitrate-free, it will be brown.

Pork belly, water, organic cure (dextrose, emulsifier, maltodextrin, sugar, beetroot powder), beetroot powder, salt, raw sugar. This product does not contain any known allergen.
Pan fry until browned on each side. For crispier bacon, cook for extra 30 seconds.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.
