New!  Chipolatas are tiny traditional pork sausages made from minced pork and herbs.  These short sausages are ideal for a breakfast protein.  Smaller in size, they cook fast and easy pan-fried or on the grill.  They're also the perfect choice for bangers and mash or "pigs in a blanket."   

 

Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Pasture Raised Pork (95%), Salt, White Pepper, natural casing
Bring to room temperature 15 minutes prior to cooking. Pan fry for 7 minutes before turning and cooking for another 7 minutes.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
