100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA pork.
Pat pork belly dry with paper towel. Wrap sides in aluminium foil exposing the skin only, store in fridge overnight. Season with oil and salt. Preheat oven at 180C. Roast for approximately 20 to 30 mins depending on preference or until crispy.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.
