Our pork is pasture raised in Manjimup by Bryan Hickman. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth, WA. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Pork Mince (89.5%), Special Sausage Meal [Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Salt, Pork Flavour (Salt, Spices, Herb Extract, Natural Flavour, Vegetable Oil, Spice Extract, Vitamin E), Mustard Powder], Natural Pork Casings, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Oregano, Sage.
Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degr ees Celsius) prior to cooking.
