Oyster Blade is a muscle that sits just below the shoulder blade. These versatile steaks are great dry fried and can be thinly sliced for stir-fries or diced for slow-cooking.  It is an economical option with loads of flavour due to it's rich fatty marbling. 

 

 

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

Bring Steak to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving
