Unpasteurised, unfiltered and full of live cultures (mother), our organic apple cider vinegar is alive with flavour and vitality. It has a wonderfully complex flavour with vibrant acidity, funky undertones and a dry finish. Good quality vinegar is a non-negotiable in the kitchen when cooking with quality ingredients.

It's a great way to add depth and acidity to your favourite salads and marinades, and is a fantastic complement to extra virgin olive oils! 

The Mount Zero story began in 1946, when farmer and entrepreneur, Jacob Friedman, recognised the Wimmera/Grampians region as prime olive-growing country and began planting some of the first commercial olive groves in Australia. Today Mount Zero draws on produce from the Wimmera and Grampians region, as well as select olive groves across Victoria.
