Mutton Sausage is a flavourful twist to our classic lamb sausage.
Mutton was produced by Ben and Sasha from Glenarty Road in Karridale, Western Australia. Glenarty Road is a must-visit if you are travelling in the south west of live in the Margret River area. It's a wonderful example of a regenerative farm with an excellent on farm dining experience - and of course, delicious wines.
Keep Frozen ≤-18ºC. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5ºC) prior to cooking.
