Our chickens have been raised with a naturally slow growth rate and unique feed regime to allow their organs, muscles and bones to grow in harmony. They move onto fresh pasture daily, foraging for insects, enjoying time in the sun and taking dust baths when they choose. Taste the difference for yourself. Your family will love you for it.

100% pasture raised, regeneratively farmed WA chicken.
Pre-heat oven at 180C fan forced. As a rule, roast for 20 minutes per 500g. If using a thermometer cook until internal temperature of thigh is at 75C.
