About Jibba's

Jibba’s Award Winning Hot Sauce began in May 2020 during a partial COVID lockdown. With no grand plan and a strong belief in flavour-first hot sauce, Busselton Chef Alex Gibbons began experimenting in his kitchen using a 'dodgy' NutriBullet and recycled jars. The first batch — 22 jars of the OG Original — sold to friends and family on Facebook.
