This 75CL beef mince is made with a combination of primal cuts such as chuck, brisket, outside flat, oyster blade and topside/inside, this beef mince will be your secret weapon to the best beef burger you will ever make. This mince is slightly fattier (25% fat, 75% lean meat) and will give you that extra juicy edge. Perfect for meatballs, burger patties and more.

Our beef mince is made with WA grass fed beef, regeneratively farmed. No additives, hormones or preservatives.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.
