Our Grass Fed and Finished Tomahawk steak is one very impressive cut! 

Aptly named for the large bone running down the centre that makes it look like a tomahawk axe, it is also known as On-the-bone Rib Steak.

Food service quality, the steak is a spectacular addition to the dinner table. Challenge yourself, or preferably share with friends!

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed and finished and regeneratively farmed in WA. It is processed in house by our team of skilled butchers in Perth. Find out more about our suppliers here.

100% grass fed and finished WA black angus beef.
Bring Steak to room temperature before cooking. Season to preference and sear both sides until desired internal temperature is reached. Rest before serving
This product is frozen for your convenience. Keep frozen below -18 degrees Celsius. Thaw overnight in the fridge (<5 degrees Celsius) prior to cooking.

Family cookup

Ended up getting two and they were amazing. Both were min. 1kg and full of flavour. Easy to cook with some patience between the oven and the pan. Highly, highly recommend.

Looks good. Came without the giant bone.

Saving this one in the freezer for a special occasion. Mine was 1.1kg exactly. It's about 4cm thick? I will use the reverse sear method. I wish I had a smoker.

Yum yum tomahawk steak

We cooked on the charcoal Webber and reversed seared. The flavour and tenderness was fabulous, it was a wonderful Sunday roast for 3 to 4 people. Thank you will definitely order again.
